Hello,

I have been dehydrating a variety of herbs this week.  The results were fabulous!

It took me approximately 12 hours to fully dehydrate the sage.  Upon seeing the results, I would suggest cutting off the stems and just dehydrating the leaves.  (If you know of something better or different, let me know!)
