What time & temperature do you do your different fruits, such as apples, bananas, and kiwi? For chips... Or spongy dried?

How long do you dehydrate carrots & do you put anything on them?

Thank you.

Hi Sandy,
Thank you for your inquiry. If you want it crispy, I would suggest you slice them thin and lay on your trays. In about 3-5 hours, turn them over. That always make them crispy. Set your dehydrator to about 120 degrees. Kiwi can get brown, so add a little lemon juice/water mix. Please let me know if you have any other questions. HAVE A GREAT DAY!
All The Best,
Stephanie @ www.EfoodDehydrator.com

Hi, there!
I was just wondering how well you dried your kiwi... I want mine to be kind of crispy, and was wondering if this can be accomplished in the dehydrator and what kind of results I can expect.
Thank you for your help!
